Each participant will bake their own cake while also experiencing a live side-by-side demonstration of three different methods: a classic box mix, a “doctored” bakery-style cake, and a surprising soda-based recipe that completely changes texture and flavor. Along the way, students learn what each ingredient actually does—from eggs and fats to liquids and leavening—so they can see how small changes create big results.
