Join us for a hands-on culinary experience where each student will create their very own batch of homemade salsa, then safely preserve it using water bath canning techniques. Throughout the class, participants will learn key skills such as chopping, seasoning, simmering, and the proper steps for canning to ensure shelf-stable, flavorful salsa. By the end of the session, each student will have a collection of freshly canned salsa jars ready to take home or gift.
