We are citizens of Highland, IL and surrounding communities coming together to serve our communities. Our primary emphases are intervention and treatment of preventable hearing and visual impairment, and service to youth.

Meetings are at 6:30 PM on the second and fourth Tuesday at Blue Springs Restaurant. Visitors and prospective members are welcome
