Lipic's Engagement
February Engagement |
What’s your February Engagement Calendar look like? One thing we see every February? Teams have great engagement ideas — they just never make it onto the calendar. When recognition, merch drops, or appreciation moments aren’t scheduled, they get pushed aside by day-to-day priorities. We help teams fix that by building execution calendars that connect: relevant, seasonal moments branded merchandise recognition timing internal priorities It turns engagement from “we should do this” into “it’s already scheduled.” If it’s helpful, I’d be happy to share how this looks for teams like yours. Best, |
