This festive, community-driven event is a fantastic way to showcase your business, connect with new customers, and spread some holiday cheer! How It Works: Cookie Sponsors (Free):
Host a stop on the trail by baking delicious treats and providing the recipe! Hundreds of participants will stop in to sample your cookies, collect recipe cards, and get their maps stamped.
Event Sponsors ($75): Support the event while gaining extra visibility. Your logo will appear on canvas totes, the trail map, and on Chamber social media.
Important Details: Deadline to sign up: November 14
Event date: Sat, December 6, 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Hop in the Christmas Time Machine!
This year’s Lighted Christmas Parade theme is “Christmas Time Machine” and we can’t wait to see where you take us!
On Friday, November 28, downtown Highland will shine with floats and costumes from every era of Christmas. Will you head back to Dickens’ London, relive a retro 1980s holiday, or rocket forward to Christmas in the year 3025? Or maybe you’ll build a time machine of your own and whisk us through the ages. Parade sign-ups are now open! Please download the form and return it by Nov 20.

Program Director for SIU (CS26-118) To build on a strong foundation of achievement and contribute to the realization of its ambitious institutional goals, Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE) invites applications for the position of Program Director for SIU (CS26-118).
The Program Director is responsible for the overall management of the Clean Energy Jobs Act Clean Energy Contractor Incubator, a grant award issued by the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) to the SIU System Office of Community Engagement/SIUE. The Program Director oversees all key components of this project, and exercises significant authority to make programmatic and budgetary decisions while ensuring that fiduciary and government grant standards and requirements are met. This position manages two public-facing office locations, coordinates the subaward and subcontracts, and ensures that all activities, deliverables, budgets, and project administration goals are met on time and within budget. The Program Director helps hire and supervises Incubator staff, and coordinates trainings with experts in the field and outside groups and agencies.
