Step into a hands-on culinary experience where creativity meets flavor. In this elevated charcuterie workshop, each student becomes the designer of a full artisan board—crafted to serve six people.
You’ll learn how to build a balanced board using premium cheeses, cured meats, seasonal fruits, gourmet spreads, and crunchy accompaniments. We’ll explore how to layer flavor, texture, and color so your board doesn’t just taste amazing—it looks like a work of art.
By the end of class, you’ll leave with:
